MiO Teen and Pre-Teen Event
The 2011 Miss Illinois Outstanding Teen and Pre-Teen Pageant will be held over Memorial Day weekend at the Hoogland Center for the Arts in Springfield. The M.I.S.A. named Andrea Novak, Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen and Peyton Tucker, Miss Illinois Outstanding Pre-Teen 2009.
