MISS ILLINOIS OUTSTANDING TEEN
The winner of the Miss Illinois' Outstanding Teen Pageant, held in the end of May at the Hoogland Center for the Arts in Springfield, will go on to compete at the national level for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen in Orlando, Florida in August.
